They support our partners in the accompaniment of complex corporate transactions. As an experienced M & A process consultant, you ensure that the projects run smoothly and thus guarantee an optimal negotiation result. Your activities include the preparation of analyzes and company presentations, identification and addressing of suitable buyers and sellers, company valuations, management presentations, coordination of due diligence and moderation of contract negotiations up to notarization. From the very beginning you assume responsibility right up to completely independent project management.

A very exciting and varied range of tasks awaits you. We work in virtual teams so you can design your own work location and workplace.

Your requirements

You are an advanced graduate in economics or industrial engineering with good grades or have some initial practical experience in the consulting industry. You have very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a strong interest in complex economic relationships. Due to your high motivation, flexibility and dedication you will become a valuable part of our consulting team. Excellent IT knowledge is required.
