UNTERNEHMENSBÖRSE GRÖNIG & KOLLEGEN AG REALIZES CORPORATE SUCCESS IN THE SECTOR OF HOUSEHOLD CHEMISTRY
The business exchange Grönig & Kollegen AG has successfully realized the sale of a company in the sector the production and sale of chemical products.
The two shareholders issued the sales mandate to the business exchange out of the necessity of an age-related and disease-related succession respectively.
After an analysis of the company two sales strategies for the seller became possible:
- The sale to a manufacturer of chemical products as a strategic supplement, whose customers are primarily discount stores.
- The sale to a company founder, who has experience in wholesale / retail.
In 15 months, we were able to present the sellers with 10 seriously interested buyers, which we were able to extract from more than 80 requests from the internet. In telephone conferences and several on-site talks, important points and ideas of the parties could be discussed and finally converted into a sales contract.
After 15 months, the contract was signed. The sellers were happy that they were able to hand over the responsibility and the burden of day-to-day operations to the successor.
