Company sale successfully realised in the construction-related sector

The company is active in the field of laying and trading in tiles and natural stone. The owners wanted to leave the business and had already appointed a third-party managing director.

This was followed by an intensive search for the right investors. Due to the size of the company, with sales in the double-digit million range, strategic investors were also on the shortlist in addition to companies in the sector.
