The company exchange Grönig & Kollegen AG is selling majority shares to a strategic investor, including the company premises. The company from the construction sector, with an annual turnover of over 20 million euros, has its focus on the construction of solid-structure private houses throughout Germany.

For reasons of age, the entrepreneur wanted to sell his majority shares.
