Succession plan successfully implemented
The company from the facility management and janitorial service sector, with a turnover of 3 million euros and 35 employees, had been looking for a suitable successor for reasons of age.

Out of a total of around 80 investors, the 15 most suitable were selected. The seller held talks with these about the company handover in the presence of the employees of the company exchange.
Subsequently the focus was on the two most suitable candidates and the company review, the due diligence, was carried out with them.
The company was eventually sold to the bidder with the best offer in the draft purchase agreement. The previous owner remained available for a transition period of 3 months.
The company exchange Grönig & Kollegen AG has particularly distinguished itself through the intensive personal support given to the proprietor during the almost 18 month long sales process. In addition, the seller now has enough liquid assets for many pleasant and enjoyable years.
The buyer, for his part, has realigned the company's direction and increased its growth path. The company exchange Grönig & Kollegen AG has already selected another small company for the buyer, which he has also taken over.
Both parties are very satisfied with the transaction.
