Vertical integration into a larger competitor
Our task was to find a suitable partner to finance the further development of the technological basis and the improvement of market access. This was achieved relatively quickly by addressing suitable investors from our proven network. After only a few months, a loan was initially provided by an international player. After a period of another year, during which the company of our clients developed according to plan, the technological basis, essential product lines and large parts of the employees were gradually taken over by the investor and transferred to an independent unit.
