In order to be able to give you the purchase price indication, we need some data that we are happy to communicate to you. We will then present the results in our initial discussion. Your data will be treated confidentially by us at all times and will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

In addition, we also like to determine the exact company value. You can order this from us as part of our consulting services. The analyzed data are much more extensive and correspondingly more accurate. We then use the documents we have prepared in this context (in the form of a sales memorandum) for a successful sale of the company after a corresponding order.
