The company is active in steel construction. All steel products can be recycled. The circular economy makes steel a regenerative building material.

An important point, among others, is that the design, production and assembly all come from a single source. The company offers a comprehensive range of services. It ranges from consulting, design and production to assembly. The company is a specialised welding company with approval in accordance with DIN EN 1090 execution class EXC 3, its own design office, large assembly halls and its own paint shop complete the picture. The integration of all production steps and the qualification of the employees enable prompt and high-quality production and assembly.

The company can therefore look back on over 130 years of experience in steel construction - with its own property. Over the course of this time, the company has grown steadily and adapted to changing and increased requirements with the respective relocations.

100% of the shares in the GmbH+Co. KG with complete operating and business equipment and the associated property.

The company can continue to develop both its product portfolio and its regional catchment area. In this context, reference is also made to the company's very convenient location. One part of the field of activity is in a strong growth segment.

The company currently has 11 employees including the management (2 managing partners)

65% of customers come from the industrial sector.  The rest comes from the private sector. This means that there is no dependency. Thanks to its many years of existence and the high quality of its work, the company has a very positive image among its customers. This results in repeat orders.

Planned retirement succession, whereby a managing partner - after a sale - could / would also like to continue working in the company.

In the past financial year 2022, the company realised sales of around € 1.2 million and an adjusted EBIT of around € 124 thousand. For the current 2023 financial year, the company is planning to realise at least the same amount. This is already confirmed by the current figures - in the past 2023 figures.
